One A Day Values

”A highly developed values system is like a compass. It serves as a guide to point you in the right direction when you are lost.” -Idown Koyenikan, ”Wealth for All”

I was struck by one of my readings this month that talked about values. It brought back memories of being in religion class. We were asked to write what our values were. I had no idea back then how to put into words the things that I believed in or lived by. Now I can come up with words like truth and honesty but they are simply bare-bones without the flesh that brings life into their meaning.

I started wondering if we have forgotten what our values are. Or for that matter if we have ever really taken the time to think about it. I got this brilliant idea to write an inspirational daily guide called, ”365 Days of Values.” Then I thought what better way to put it all together than to post a value a day starting tomorrow January 1, 2021. It will be interesting to see if I can come up with 365 values. Hopefully, it will get you thinking about your own and you can toss a few my way to use throughout the year. We could all use a compass to guide us into a better 2021. Between God, you, and I let’s start the new year off with the value of…working together.

See you tomorrow!

The Choice is Up to you

Whatever I choose.
Wherever I go.
One choice inside another
They continue to grow.
A lifetime of choices.
A gift of this or that.
Whatever I choose today,
Will become
Exactly that.

Choose well my friends, and enjoy right where you are at.
